After completing formal studies in stained glass, Jeff Smith founded ASG as an artist’s studio (rather than the more commonplace production studio). ASG’s overriding goal is art that is dynamically responsive to each unique project and client. Across the US, ASG’s critically acclaimed stained glass is known for innovative artistry, impeccable craftsmanship and affordability.

ASG’s glass art begins with listening, site-visits, brainstorming, research and analysis. Once the initial creative episode concludes, Smith remains involved with the making of every panel of stained glass. This hands-on approach ensures Smith’s designs are faithfully transformed into stained glass without the loss-in-translation that would otherwise occur.
